Care starts with the questions we ask
Juicygreens believes the food we eat deserves attention. We strive to make food from scratch and work with suppliers who share our philosophy. This is a direction for our work, not a claim that every component is made in-house or that every supplier follows an identical production method.
Cooking from scratch can create opportunities to think deliberately about flavor, ingredients and preparation. It is not automatically a guarantee of better nutrition, allergen safety or organic status. Those questions need their own clear answers. We want the conversation about food to be honest as well as enthusiastic.
A philosophy you can ask about
When you visit a café, ask about the dish you are actually choosing: its ingredients, current preparation and available adjustments. If you want to know where a particular ingredient comes from, ask about that product rather than assuming one answer applies to the entire menu. We do not list supplier names or certifications without confirmed information.
- What ingredients are in this dish today?
- Does it contain dairy, eggs, tuna or other ingredients I need to avoid?
- What changes can the café accommodate?
- What is known about the sourcing of this specific ingredient?
Flavor and everyday usefulness belong together
Our plant-forward approach brings vegetables, beans and satisfying flavors into meals people can enjoy in everyday life. It also leaves room for different preferences: the menu is not exclusively vegan. Café selections vary, and ordering information is kept current through each location’s menu.
For a team meal, share dietary needs and ingredient questions before finalizing a catering order. A thoughtful food experience starts with listening to the people at the table. Whether you visit for lunch or organize an event, our goal is to make that conversation easy—not replace it with broad claims.
